1.Product Introduction

GK120 steel frame formwork is made up of 18mm thick plywood covered with hollow steel. It is a complete product system with many types, such as wall formwork, column formwork, angle formwork and so on. Ancillary products and accessory variety are complete, and product assembly is convenient. It is practical, safe, reliable, cost-saving and applicable to various solutions. As a result, it provides a set of complete and reliable formwork products for building construction, especially wall and column construction.

3. Arrangement of Wall-through Tie Rods

A series steel frame formwork has no holes in the hollow steel, and filler tubes should be used for arranging the tie rods; B series steel frame formwork has holes in the hollow steel, and tie rods can be arranged in the hollow steel.

There are two kinds of articular corners: inside corner and outside corner. Its assembly is convenient and it can be connected with all the GK120 steel frame formwork by steel champs.The structure and adjustable range are shown below:

Adjustable filler plate working with articulated corner can realize the concrete pouring of inner core tube. It is convenient to operate and reliable.
